Customer Conduct
As a customer, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of your own actions. Please note the following;

Do not announce any private information
During your speed dating night. Your safety is a concern of ours and giving out to much information can put you in harms way.  Please keep information like your name, address, phone number, place of work, etc. for a future encounter after you have sufficiently satisfied yourself with your personal safety net. 

Do Not Use your Real Name.  Using a nick name or making up a name for the evening is suggested and strongly requested. In this day and age a simple name can give too much information about yourself and your loved ones.

No Use of aggression. This is a very generic term that will be upheld harshly.  Aggressive gestures, words, motions of any kind will be dealt with quickly. Do not attempt physical contact with any of your dates or staff. The aggression can be interpreted as such by the host, restaurant staff, or the accompanied client. Penalty for aggressiveness is instant removal with no refund.

No Use of Obscenity.  This is also a very generic term that will be upheld harshly.  Obscene gestures, words, motions of any kind will be dealt with quickly. The obscenity can be interpreted as such by the host, restaurant staff, or the accompanied client. Penalty for obscenity is instant removal with no refund.

Women.    Absolute speed dating caters to the women in every way possible.  Due to the minimal, or “no cost” to the women the penalties for a “no call, no show” to any of the sessions she has signed up for will result in a permanent ban from Absolute Speed Dating. Be sure to let us know at least 72 hours before arrival time.

General

Absolute Speed Dating does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness; accuracy, timeliness or reliability of communications by its customers and does not endorse any opinions which may be expressed by any customer. You understand and agree that any reliance spoken by other clients will be at your own risk.

 You acknowledge and agree that Absolute Speed Dating reserves the right to expel customers and prevent their further access to the speed dating events for violating this agreement or any applicable law, and may remove communications which are considered to be, in the Company's sole judgment, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, libelous, disruptive, hateful, infringing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

 As a registered participant of Absolute Speed Dating, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of your conduct. Absolute Speed Dating reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict registration to future events if we, or our sponsors, receive reports of inappropriate conduct by anyone attending the events. Individuals must not engage in any conduct that may be inappropriate or which may be perceived as inappropriate by others. 

Absolute Speed Dating offers singles a place to meet in a comfortable setting but is not a matchmaking service or event and does not, in any way, guarantee the type of people who will attend the events. Participants understand that Absolute Speed Dating does not perform background checks and does not screen or verify marital status or personal information of event participants. By registering, you agree that the Company and its sponsors are not responsible for damages that may occur during or after an event or at future meetings between individuals who meet at an event. By registering or attending an Absolute Speed Dating event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolute Speed Dating, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, event locations, agents and other partners from any claim or liability.

You hereby understand and acknowledge that by registering to participate in an Absolute Speed Dating event, in order to conduct the event, your first and last name will be shared with Absolute Speed Dating. Your name will not be shared or sold to any other company.
Absolute Speed Dating events may be photographed. By attending and participating in an Absolute Speed Dating event, you agree to being photographed and further acknowledge and agree to the possible future use of your photograph on our website or in other promotional materials for the website or future events.

ACCOUNT PASSWORD
You agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Information, as defined in this Agreement, and password created upon registration on the phone. You will be fully responsible for all uses of your password or account number, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your password. The Company will investigate possible violations, and take whatever action, in its sole judgment, it deems appropriate.

REGISTRATION

Your registration must be complete within 72 hours (three days) of the event.  Full Amount is to be paid in full at registration unless otherwise arranged by Absolute speed Dating.  Upon Registration you will be assigned a number and a password and a nick-name. Use this information upon your arrival to the event. Ages eighteen through twenty have an event cost of $30 ($10 non-refundable); ages 21 and up have an event cost of $25 ($5 non-refundable).

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be done 10 days before scheduled event. The refund will be put back on your credit card. The only cash refunds will be to cash customers.  You may postpone your event date at no charge within 72 hours of the current scheduled event by calling 417-889-0006.

 EVENT LOCATIONS

These restaurants and bars are providing a service of food and drinks for the patronage of Absolute Speed Daters. The rights and laws of these establishments are to be adhered to at all times. There may be food and drink specials during or after the speed dating event. Please consult your host for more details.

 

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY
When you register, you will be asked to provide Absolute Speed Dating with certain accurate and complete personal identifiable information including, without limitation, a valid email address, name, address, etc. This Information is subject to our privacy policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. You agree that the Company may save and archive any content of any nature from your registration for future contact and special events. Absolute Speed Dating will not disclose such content unless required to do so by law or to comply with legal processes; to respond to claims that any of the content violates the property, privacy, publicity or other rights of others; to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, its employees, clients and members of the public; or in assisting a criminal investigation by law enforcement officials.

The goal of Absolute Speed Dating is to provide a forum for people to get together. We encourage the conversing of certain personally identifiable information to be discussed during the speed-dating event. We do suggest that most of your private information be retained until several e-mails have been past and a trust factor has been applied.

MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUANCE
The Company reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) offered on the website, on a temporary or permanent basis, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service offered by the website. Adjustments or refunds in any subscriber fees or charges will be made as deemed appropriate by the Company in good faith.

DISCLAIMERS
ABSOLUTE SPEED DATING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL LOSS, DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR DEATH OCCURRED DURING OR AFTER A SCHEDULED EVENT. YOUR USE OF THE SPEED DATING SERVICE AND THE PRIVATE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO OTHER SPEED DATERS IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your registration at any time. The Company reserves the right to take such actions, with or without notice, and without any liability to the customer/client.

INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its sponsors, affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this agreement. The Company will attempt to provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

You agree to holding any and all trade secrets learned by Absolute Speed Dating. You will not share information with any rival speed dating service.
