Most of your questions about how speed dating works is on the main page, but here are a few more that might have been missed.

Q. So I call and then what happens?

A.  You will hear a friendly voice.  If the office is closed just leave your number and you will get a call back very soon. If the office is open you will be asked for your name, number, address, etc. you will also be asked for a password (that you must remember at your session arrival), and a nick name of your choosing for the session event. You will then be asked for payment that can be paid through cash, or c/c. Cash must be hand delivered to the Absolute Speed Dating Office. Credit cards can be taken over the phone.

Q. There's a special right now and women are free, so why do I have to give a credit card number?

A. We will be running many specials from time to time, but no shows are charged full price for our inconveniences of replacing your seat or having a empty seat.  If we didn't do this then any female can sign up and not show with no consequences.

Q. What do I wear?

A. Dress for success. Be comfortable and flattering.  Try to impress with your dress in the way that makes you feel the most confident.

Q. What do I say?

A. Ask a question. Talk about a funny thing that happened in your childhood. We also provide many helpful hints at the dating session in case you get stumped or have that awkward moment of silence. 

Q. What don't I say?

A. Anything personal (IE: phone number, address, place of work, etc.). Be as generic as possible about your current personal business.  Don't bring up past relationships, problems, or any negative subjects.  You might want to stay away from political, and religious subjects as well.
